Robert Clark
Robert Clark is the Managing Director of GR8 HR Solutions Pty Ltd, a member of the Extensive HR
Coach Network. Robert specialises in working with companies to maximise sales & business performance
through their people.
Robert, is a well known Sales & Business Growth Specialist with experience in rapidly expanding
the growth of businesses Nationally and Internationally. Robert founded his first business, a
Financial Planning & Insurance Brokerage at the age of 22. He has written and developed sales
training programs for leading Australian companies involved in importing & wholesale distribution,
particularly in the building and FMCG industries.

Previously, Robert has held positions of National Sales manager with Zetco, a
market leading company involved in the building sector as well as State Sales Mgr (HVAC) with
Tradelink Plumbing Supplies and other corporate sales management positions in the FMCG industry
with companies like Pepsico and Cadbury Schweppes.
Through his company GR8 HR Solutions, Robert has access to the vast resources of the HR Coaching Member
Network, the largest HR Coaching network in Australia in addition to specialist research carried out by
the HR Coaching Research Institute. The results from this research have been the catalyst to provide
